Planning application claims challenged
More and more analysis is taking place on all aspects of FP McCann's planning application. It is increasingly clear that much of this application contains misleading or inaccurate information. Examples include: the new jobs claim is unreliable (confirmed by Cambridge University experts); the traffic report understates the number recent traffic accidents near the site (confirmed by the Police) and contains false information about the size of lorries turning into and out of the site (confirmed by photographs); the noise report did not take readings at the locations most likely to be affected by the expansion and did not measure the noisiest activities (confirmed by the appointed Noise consultants); the flood risk assessment did not consider the most up to date flood risk information for the area (confirmed by Environment Agency). We will continue to challenge the accuracy of information submitted by FP McCann to the planning authorities.
